How to Use
To start your recovery, the system only requires ice, water, and a power source (outlet or battery). The unit allows you to target specific areas of pain or swelling with four wrap options, including knee, shoulder, ankle, and a universal wrap.
These wraps are simple to apply, with a one-size-fits-all design and adjustable hook-and-loop fasteners to ensure the right fit for each user.
The Cryo Pro Portable Package 1 is easy to empty and clean. The main unit has a removable lid for quick water drainage, and the wraps are easily drained using the included drain tool.
Recommended Use
For optimal recovery, it’s recommended to use the machine for up to 4 sessions per day. Each session should last between 20-40 minutes, with at least a 20-minute break between sessions.
The ideal temperature for recovery is between 39-59°F (4-15°C).
Generally, after surgery, it’s advised to start with the low compression setting for the first 24-48 hours, then gradually increase to medium or high settings as needed.
